Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect personal and business information from customers and visitors.

Who We Are

This privacy policy describes how Premier Lab Glass, a division of Premier Science LLC ("we," "us"), handles information collected through premierlabglass.com and through direct business correspondence with customers, prospects, and suppliers.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to quote, fulfill, and support orders for laboratory glassware:

  • Contact & account information. Name, title, employer, business email, phone number, and shipping or billing address that you provide on a quote request, in correspondence, or on a purchase order.
  • Drawings and specifications. Engineering drawings, sketches, photographs, and technical specifications you submit so that we can quote and fabricate a piece.
  • Order & transaction history. Records of quotes issued, orders accepted, work performed, certificates issued, and payments.
  • Technical site data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) retained for security and capacity monitoring.

How We Use It

We use information you provide for the following purposes only:

  • To respond to quote requests and prepare written quotations.
  • To accept, schedule, fabricate, inspect, document, and ship orders.
  • To meet quality-system, calibration-traceability, and export-compliance documentation requirements.
  • To respond to customer inquiries, warranty matters, and audit requests.
  • To send order-status updates, shipping notifications, and invoices.

We do not use customer information for cross-marketing, do not sell or rent it, and do not share it with advertisers.

Who We Share With

We share information only as required to fulfill the order or comply with law:

  • Carriers. Shipping address and weight given to UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers to deliver the order.
  • Payment processors. Billing data passed to our payment processor (or invoiced via accounts receivable).
  • Government & auditors. Records made available to the FDA, ISO registrar, customers performing supplier audits, U.S. Customs, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, or other lawful authorities under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, ITAR, EAR, or applicable export law.

Retention

Quote, order, calibration, and inspection records are retained for at least seven years to satisfy quality-system, customer-audit, and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for ninety days. Customer drawings are retained for the life of the customer relationship and are not used for any purpose other than building or re-running that customer's piece.

Security

Information is held on systems we control. Access is limited to employees and contractors who need it to perform their job. Network access uses HTTPS. Physical access to the workshop is limited to staff and escorted visitors.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom have additional rights under the GDPR.
